A New Week

We had a pretty eventful morning this morning in the Black household. Chloe woke up around 6:30 ready to eat..so I put her bottle in some hot water and took Lola out to the potty. Justin went outside and there was a TINY white kitten sitting under one of our chairs! It couldn't have been more than about a week or so old. It was still stumbling around and a little wobbly on her feet!









I came inside, and warmed up a little milk and took it outside! I had no idea what to do with this tiny little kitten, especially since I am allergic to them. (I've been sneezing alllll day long now..haha) The kitten didn't seem too interested in the milk. I came inside and fed Chloe and Justin took a shower. As he was leaving to go to work, the momma kitty had come and BOTH of them were drinking the milk! It was precious! Lola didn't care ONE bit about them, and was very standoffish. I got them a second bowl of milk and came inside to change Chloe's diaper. When I was in the nursery and looked out the window, I saw the momma kitty grabbing the kitten up in its mouth and carrying it away to its home. It was presh! Too bad I'm allergic to kittens!

Other than our fun morning, Chloe and I have had a pretty uneventful day. My parents came over for lunch and played with the little one for a bit. Praise the Lord..Mom has no blockages and it doesn't look like she will have to have another heart surgery! WOOHOO! She goes back in about 3 months to have another test done because she had a few extra beats! Keep praying! :)

Our night is going to consist of pancakes and bacon and a trip to the grocery store! WOOOHOOO~
