The Beginning...

So...I have finally decided to start a blog of my OWN. I have enjoyed reading other people's blogs for quite some time...and finally decided to give it a go. For some background info...Justin and I began dating on September 8, 2002...I was a sophomore and he was a senior. We went to 3 proms together and then decided to go away to college together. We went to USC-Aiken and I majored in Business Marketing and he majored in Accounting. On December 20, 2005 I got the biggest surprise ever: a sweet proposal to become Mrs. Justin Black. Of COURSE I said YES and that leads us to where we are today :) We had quite the long engagement, and on June 20, 2009 we exchanged vows at our home church of Mt. Horeb UMC and jet setted off to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. Since I had just graduated in May of 2009...I was in the process of looking for a job when we got the most exciting news: We were expecting a baby! :) We, along with both of our families, were THRILLED! On June 21, 2010 (1 day after our 1 year anniversary) we welcomed Chloe Lynn Black to the world! She was the most beautiful sight and I still cannot seem to comprehend that God chose ME to be the mother to this precious little miracle!...I wanted to create this blog to document our life with this new little bundle!
