Laid Back...

Sorry for the delay in posts..I've been spending a ton of time loving on my little munchkin. She is REALLY starting to develop a personality and I cannot get enough of it. She is the HAPPIEST baby, especially in the mornings. I think I made Justin a few minutes late to work this morning, because I kept saying "Come watch her...you've got to see her laughing and smiling"...She sure does think momma is pretty darn funny!

We've done a whole lot of NOTHIN' this week! As I said in the previous post, Chloe had her 2 month appointment and shots on Monday, so Justin decided to take the day off and we got a few things done around the house. We hung up the Cynthia Pace pictures and cleaned up a little. It was nice having him home and just hanging around the house...it was nice to get some odds and ends tidyed up. I cooked a DELICIOUS crock pot pork chop recipe. YUM YUM! I am looking for more easy, weeknight recipes, if anyone has any suggestions!

Tuesday, Chloe and I just hung out at the house and watched tv and read books all day. She played on her playmat (her fav) and napped. It is currently 2:30 and she is JUST NOW sleeping since she woke up at 7 am! She is really starting to stay awake a lot more and I LOVE IT!

We had dinner with my brother in law and sister in law at Fusion Bowl Tuesday night, and it was fabulous! I love Asian Food!

Yesterday, Heather (she is the best hairdresser EVER) and her 2 girls (one is 9 and one is 3 weeks) came by the house to see Chloe. They were so darlin'. Little Caroline is 3 weeks old and is having her pics made next week at Cynthia Pace so I let Heather borrow the bow Chloe wore in her pics. I can't wait to see how hers turn out! Last night I had all intentions of cooking a yummy dinner, but when Jus got home, Chloe was quite a bit fussy, and I had been craving a LARGE sweet tea and some Bojangles! Yum. It was perfect and hit the spot!

Today, we've just been hanging out (just the girls...Lola included) and we went to lunch with my mom and one of her friends, Trish, to Fatz! It was great, but Chloe was fighting sleep. I FINALLY got her to sleep about 30 minutes ago and praying she stays asleep until 3 or 3:30 when it's feeding time again!

We have a pretty low key weekend planned and I can't wait to take Chloe on a walk. It's supposed to be in the upper 60's and 70's in the mornings this weekend and I'm so excited to FINALLY be able to finally enjoy the outdoors some! It has been so daggum' hot, I've been scared to take her out too much! We cannot wait for fall weather, football season, pumpkin spice latte's and the holiday's! This is our last weekend of helping out with the church mice ministry for a few months, so I'm looking forward to doing that as well!

We usually go eat breakfast at IHOP or Lizard's Thicket before we head to the church, but this weekend we are going to go to the Applebee's in West Columbia. A lady that works with Justin has been diagnosed with an agressive form of cancer and they are doing a pancake breakfast to raise money for her. I'm excited to go eat some yummy pancakes and help out a good cause!

I start my small group at the church next Thursday, when we start the "Forgotten God" series. I am really looking forward to getting started! I've been wanting to join one for a while now.

Anyways...pretty boring post. I know! Hopefully I'll have something more interesting to talk about next time ;)!

My handsome hubs!
