Midweek...

We've had a pretty uneventful week thus far. Monday, Chloe and I had an EXTREMELY lazy day and stayed in our PJ's and hung out all day! It was actually quite fun ;) As we watched "Pretty Woman", I keep thinking about our "mommy-daughter" dates and talks in the near future! I sure hope we will have a close relationship like I have with my own mother. It's so nice to know that no matter what, I have someone I can always count on and can talk about ANYTHING too! I am truly a blessed woman! I cooked a delicious new chicken and rice casserole recipe Monday night! It will definitely be a new weeknight favorite! It was SO easy!

Tuesday, Chloe and I cleaned house, washed clothes, cooked dinner and played (A LOT)! When daddy got home from work we ate some yummy spaghetti and then I ran to blockbuster and target! I have been wanting to rent "The Last Song" for a while now and so I ran out and picked it up so we could have a movie night. It was SUCH a sad movie, but it was great! I just LOVE Nicholas Sparks! His books are fabulous! If you don't read them...I highly suggest starting to! It was definitely a tear jerker!

Today, Chloe and I went over to momma's to visit with her and so I could go through some of her clothes! She was cleaning out her closet as we prepare for a garage sale in the near future! She has TONS of great stuff to sell! We then packed up and headed over to 5 guys to have lunch with some dear friends! It was great to see them and a few of their babes! All the babies are growing up ENTIRELY too fast! Can time just slow down a TAD!?

Not too much planned for this evening! Our grass is HORRIBLY long, but with this crazy weather...Justin hasn't been able to cut it! As I am sitting here typing this, I hear the rain starting to fall. Guess the grass won't get cut AGAIN tonight! Oh well! I am planning on cooking something yummy and cuddling with my hub and babygirl tonight! I have got to make my way out to target in harbison at some point..I need some diapers and the Target in Lexington hasn't had any size 1's in 3 days (I've gone everyday...), so we settled for a few packs of Luvs (next best thing, in my opinion...)

We have a pretty exciting weekend planned. I'm planning on helping mom out at the church again on Saturday, mani/pedicure, a little shopping, a birthday party, and a VERY special Sunday at Church, because our little Chloe is getting BAPTISED! :)We are so looking forward to it!

I hope everyone has a great rest of the week! And hope all the teachers/students had a great first day back! I cannot believe summer is already over!

P.S. Congrats to one of my bests, Jessica Weeks, as she got a 5th grade teaching position! WOOHOO! So excited and proud of her! Answer to prayer!
