Labor Day Weekend

I hope everyone has had a wonderful Labor Day weekend! I want to thank all of the hardworkers for everything they do! I especially want to thank my husband for his unselfish nature, and hardworking drive to provide for our family! Praying for him as he begins to study for the CPA exam!

Friday night was a great time at Hudson's!

Saturday I got up and went and got a haircut. I have been wanting to cut it a little shorter for a while now, so I decided...What the heck, and went for it. It takes HALF the time to blowdry now, so maybe I will actually fix it every once in a while! We did a whole lot of cleaning and organizing! We are trying to get things straightened up in the house..but MAN do you accumulate a lot of stuff for such a TINY little baby! haha. She has more stuff than we know what to do with!

Sunday, we got up and went to church and then had lunch at McAlisters with Angelica and Tyler and my mom and Aubrey. It was quite delicious. As always, I had to do my weekly grocery shopping and diaper/formula run to Target!





We cooked up some homemade pizza and just watched some TV after bathtime last night. It was a great, low key Sabbath.

Today, I had to run a few more errands, and have been cooking up a meal and dessert for a friend who just had a baby. Can't wait to go visit with Bridgette and Mara Mae tomorrow. She is such a precious little gift from God. Praise Him for a healthy baby! We also have been meaning to hang up a few pictures in the den for a while now..so we finally got around to that, and I think they look great!

Tonight, we are headed over to my grandma's with the Lloyd family for a Labor Day Cookout with Ribs and all the fixin's! Yum!
