The Blindside

While chatting with my Aunt Ellen and cousins the other day, we started talking about movies. I informed them that I STILL had not seen "Finding Nemo" nor "The Blindside". They were both shocked, since those are two of their favorites!



My cousin, Joanna, brought us both movies over yesterday so we could watch them. Since Justin had the day off, we decided to watch The Blindside this afternoon. WOW, is all I can say. What an amazing story and message! God is SO good!

Leanne Tuohy knew when she saw Michael Oher that God was calling her to help him! And boy, was she right. What a wonderful Christian woman! How blessed is this young man to have such a wonderful "mother" in his life after what his past held! By bringing him into her family, home and social environment, this young man ended up with such a bright future! She could have easily turned and drove away after she saw him standing in the cold, rain wearing a short sleeved t-shirt, but instead God pulled at her heart strings and she knew this was what she was destined to do.
