We had a LOVELY mother's day weekend! It felt so surreal to actually BE a MOTHER on MOTHER'S DAY! I am so blessed to be a mother, EVERYDAY and never take a single day for granted. God entrusted me with this little life and I am to raise her to go in the way of Christ! What an unbelievably hard but SPECIAL task to follow!
Friday, Justin took me out to dinner to celebrate Mother's day with my munchkin! We had a delicious meal at Longhorn's! Chloe was not feeling it, so it was a little stressful! haha!
Saturday was a FULL day! We went to Savannah's last soccer game, then had lunch at the mall and did a little shopping, then we had a birthday party for one of our friend's little girl! She turned ONE and her birthday turned out fabulous! Saturday night, Justin and Chloe did the grocery shopping for me and I went to Lexington Arms and then the Wine Walk with my parents! It was a fun time!

Sunday, was FABULOUS! I woke up to flowers, honeybuns, rootbeer, 3 pairs of earrings, a collectors edition of US weekly from the Royal Wedding, a new charm for my Pandora bracelet, a candle, and two sweet cards! How sweet! Chloe came and woke me up and just laid there with me cuddling for a good 10 minutes. It was so sweet and made me feel like the LUCKIEST girl in the world! We met my parents for breakfast @ Lizard's Thicket before church to exchange gifts! We then went to church and an early lunch at The Blacks! We had a picnic outside and enjoyed the family! Afterwards, Jus dropped me off at the nail salon and me and mom and Aubrey got manicures and pedicures! It was a lot of fun and much overdue! We ended the evening at my grandparents where we had a delicious meal!

When we got home Justin took over and did everything, and let me take a nice hot bath and read my book! What a PERFECT weekend, but more importantly, what a PERFECT reason to celebrate! Being a mother is THE most rewarding privilege I have ever been blessed to experience! Praise be to God!
